  • Design, implement, and manage strategies for referral source market penetration.
  • Execute a strategic call schedule to maintain relationships with current and new/prospective referral sources.
  • Report on performance against KPIs on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other activities as needed and assigned (i.e., community events and outreach, event planning and management, etc.)
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a similar field (preferred), or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to work out in the field and travel locally 60% (+/-) You'll be seated in our corporate location in Culver City, but we anticipate that you'll visit other Centered Health locations and work in the field (primarily around Los Angeles and Ventura counties) 3+ days per week.
Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience including:
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably behavioral health, pharmaceutical sales, or a related consultative sales role.

  • A solid network of healthcare-based relationships in settings including Hospitals, Facilities, Clinics, Colleges, and Universities in Southern California is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record developing new business and referrals.
